DrawIQ has no account system, advertising SDK, behavioral analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking. It does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, or notification access.
Stored locally
Information on your device
DrawIQ stores validated public lottery drawings, dataset refresh status, display preferences, saved tab layouts, and optional calendar settings on the device. This information supports app features and is not sent to DrawIQ’s publisher.
Only when requested
Network requests
When you refresh data, DrawIQ requests public Mega Millions and Powerball drawing records from NY Open Data. Those requests are subject to the network and privacy practices of the public data service and your internet provider.
Optional permission
Calendar access
If you enable next-draw calendar events, DrawIQ requests Calendar access. It uses the calendar you select to create or remove one upcoming event for each supported game. DrawIQ does not send calendar information to its publisher or to an analytics service.
Your choices
Access, retention, and deletion
You can choose whether to refresh public data and whether to allow Calendar access. Calendar permission can also be changed in the iPhone Settings app. DrawIQ has no account or server-side user profile. Removing DrawIQ from the iPhone removes its locally stored app data. Disable calendar events inside DrawIQ first if you want the app to remove events it created.
No collection
Children
DrawIQ is an educational statistics tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other user. The App Store currently rates DrawIQ for ages 18+ because it contains information related to real-money lotteries.
Updates
Changes to this policy
If DrawIQ’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the changed version is distributed. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current policy version.
